Really good location. We would book here again. Easy walk to the restaurant American Bar. Great to be close to parco urbano termale. Even the Marco Polo airport was not so far.

The hotel was located in a convenient pedestrian area, surrounded by various shops for a nice evening stroll. It was also situated in a ZTL area accessible by car. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, providing breakfast in the room at no extra charge. the swimming pools and spa facilities were well-maintained and relaxing.
The room was quite small and lacked proper furnishings, making it difficult to relax comfortably.

I think this is a great spa hotel when you are over 85 years old :-) I do understand now why the tennis court is so nice ... they don't have rackets in the hotel.

The pool and spa were nice, plus the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the location being close to the bus stop and various shops.
The rooms were disappointing. They were cramped and the furnishings were outdated.

The hotel was located in a prime spot in the city, right on the pedestrian area surrounded by different little shops for the evening promenade. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with big swimming pools and a spa offering massages and mud treatments. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of dishes.

The spa was nice, with different areas to enjoy. They had different types of saunas, which were good and relaxing. The massages were pretty good too, and the staff was generally friendly and polite. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the beautiful view. Plus, the location is perfect, near all the restaurants and shops.
The hotel room was very outdated, and some areas of the hotel looked a bit run-down. The room we stayed in was definitely not worth the price we paid, and the bed was uncomfortable.
